Every person I met from the receptionists, nurses and surgeon were lovely. They made me feel totally at ease as a very strange time. The Student nurse who Attended to me was so lovely and she will make a wonderful nurse. Keep doing what you are all doing for us women. You make a difficult decision much easier.

My appointment was made for the next day after my telephone consultation, and I didn’t have to wait at all to be seen. Both members of staff who saw me were kind, friendly and explained the different parts of the process clearly. [name removed] was particularly helpful at explaining the process and what to expect, and I came out feeling much less worried (and relieved) than when I went in. Thank you for making a stressful process much less so.
